Our prices are referential and do not contain VAT

VAT:

  • International passenger transport: 0% VAT
  • Inland passenger transport: 27% VAT

Expected costs for inland transport:

  • Highway tickets: 5,000 HUF (1 day)
  • Parking fees
  • For multiple day trips, half-pension accommodation of driver(s)
  • Daily fee of bus driver(s): 20,000 HUF/day

  • Austria: Austrian VAT (10%), highway fee (Go-Box)
  • Croatia: Croatian VAT (25%), highway fee

  • Slovenia: Slovenian VAT (9,5%), highway fee

Entrance fee for certain cities (e.g. Venice)

Trailer: 5,000-8,500 HUF/day

The +2 spaces refer to tourist guide and extra driver seats.

Extra costs occurring during transport (highway and road fees, parking fees etc.) are payable by the customer.

Minimum daily distance is 250 km, or 4 hours.

VAT for inland transport is 27%, for transport abroad it is 0%.

We only rent out our buses in accordance with international regulations (driving and resting times) and only with a driver.

For long-term offers, we will prepare an individual calculation.

Payment and cancellation conditions:

  • Cancellation fees: within 72 hours, 30% within the calculated transport cost, but at least the fee for 4 hours. Within 24 hours, 70% but at least the fees for 4 hours.
  • Payment: we ask for prepayment of 80% of the calculated price, 100% in the case of private persons and international customers, about which we will prepare an impress account. Settlement based on actual, verified performance, with an 8-day payment deadline after the invoice is issued.

Information about buses and drivers:

  • We would like to remind you that according to decree, drivers can only drive for 9 and work for 13 hours a day. If the programme does not allow for this, two drivers must by hired.
  • The speed limit of buses is 80 km/h on highway (90 km/h in some countries) and 70 km/h on other roads.
  • There are no restrooms on our buses
  • Seatbelts are installed in all of our buses
  • We can only provide vehicles if we have the capacity. We reserve the right of changing vehicles within category and size.
  • If passengers damage a vehicle, the customer is responsible for paying the costs of repair and cleaning.
